The published price include: Group arrival and departure transfers to and from airport according to the detailed Itinerary, hotels, breakfast and dinner, tours in a luxury air-conditioned bus with internet service, licensed guide throughout the tour, entrance fees to sites as per itinerary, headsets, certificate of tour in Israel.
The price does NOT include: Visas and border taxes, international flights, travel or health insurance, lunches, drinks with meals, tickets to places not mentioned in the Itinerary, personal expenses, extra costs in hotels made by the tourist, tips for the guide and driver. Israel Ahora Tours is not responsible for any currency fluctuation, medical expenses, or loss, or theft of suitcases or personal items or money.

Yes. The price of the land package is based on a double room occupancy (of the same sex). Married couples will have their own room. If you want a private room there will be an extra cost. Call us for details.
Yes. Please provide your partner’s information in the Registration form. In case you do not have a partner, one will be assigned.
Yes. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid passport. Israel requires a valid passport. If you are a US resident (non-citizen) take out your visa with the embassy of your country of origin.
We believe that one of the traveling requirements will be to purchase travel insurance and it is the responsibility of the tourist. When Israel announces the requirements we will update the info here. Insurance can be purchased when you book your flight with the airline of your choice. Although not required, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance when you purchase your flight. Allianztravelinsurance.com is one of the travel and flight insurance companies. Please email us your policy number.
Israel has not officially announced new traveling requirements. We will update this info when available. Either way, please check with your doctor or local clinic for specific vaccines. Any medical condition, disability or mobility difficulties that may affect the operation of your participation in the group of tourists, must be informed in writing to Israel Ahora Tours and attach a report along with the reservation form.
Any pre-existing medical condition or illness must be declared at the time of booking. You must make the necessary arrangements for the provision of any drug or other cause of treatment that may be necessary during the tour. Travelers with a serious or permanent health condition or mobility restriction must bring a companion/caregiver. Many of the sites to visit require a reasonable amount of walking. You must take into account at the time of booking any physical condition that may affect your mobility.
Minors are welcome as long as they are accompanied by an adult.
Groups are welcome. Please notify us at the time of registration to make the necessary arrangements.
Refunds for cancellation 90-45 days before departure – 25% cancellation fee of the total cost of the land package. Cancellation less than 45 days before departure or once the tour has started – THERE WILL BE NO REFUND. A full refund, less the non-refundable deposit, will be effective only if the tour is canceled by Israel Ahora Tours, due to external issues to outside of our control, riots, civil matters, or due to direct family losses of any participant (please send proof).
It is possible for you to make such arrangements. However, the costs of transfers outside the dates specified in the tour, will be borne by you. Likewise, accommodation outside the tour dates is not included in the published costs. If you wish to extend your visit, be sure to contact us to obtain the cost difference.
